We were so refreshed and blessed to be able to tak We were so refreshed and blessed to be able to take a brief trip to the States for a time of reconnection with family. One of the highlights was a week-long family reunion with Rachel's side of the family (Browns). All 6 of Rachel's siblings and their families were able to be there as well as her Dad and Grandma Rhonda. This was the first time in many years that they have all been able to be together. A special thank you to Rachel's brother, Daniel & Monica Brown for hosting us all! We have returned to Tanzania and have hit the ground running. In addition to the main crusade on Saturday and Soccer Sunday, we also had two smaller village crusades on Monday and Tuesday. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽. Thousands of men, women, boys, and girls sat respectfully and listened as the Gospel message was preached. JESUS was glorified, praised, and honored. Many heard the Gospel message, and hundreds put their trust in Him as their Savior. Our hearts were stirred to watch the choir from the States sing, not for their own glory, but for the glory of God. We watched as young men, athletes, who spent their own money to travel to the other side of the world to play against an African premier league team so that Christ could be glorified, played their hearts out and left it all on the field. We couldn't be more proud of them all. A better video and results from this and the other outreaches will follow in the days to come. For now, here are a few clips from a national TV station here in Tanzania, which broadcasted the entire event (including the Gospel preaching) around the whole country of Tanzania. Tomorrow is our soccer Sunday, followed by smaller crusades in two villages on Monday and Tuesday.
