March/April 2026
Dear Praying Friends,
We are grateful to the Lord for His continued work here in Tanzania. These past weeks have been full, encouraging, and humbling, as we have seen God open doors for the Gospel in many different settings.
Bible Clubs continue weekly across our city, led faithfully by members of our church. Through these clubs, hundreds of children are being reached regularly with the Word of God. Just a few weeks ago, we were blessed to help a young man, who was reached through the Bible Club ministry, start his own Bible Club. He had been asking for some time, but we wanted to make sure he was grounded and ready to lead his own club.
In January, I had the privilege of traveling to the Philippines, where I was able to visit and learn from Dr. Rick Martin, along with several other faithful servants. During this trip, the Lord opened doors to witness in a police station, where several prisoners trusted Christ as their Saviour. I also had the opportunity to preach in a sister church and ministry. I came home even more burdened for starting churches in Tanzania.
Back in Tanzania, ministry continues among several different groups. Each Thursday, I hold a Maasai Bible Study, where men gathered attentively to hear the Word taught. We also held a Ladies’ Meeting in the village of Misongeni in January, where 9 ladies trusted Christ as their Saviour. Following this meeting, several first-time visitors attended church the next Sunday, for which we thank the Lord. I also have a weekly Bible study with several men on Saturday evening.
While out on soul winning, the Lord allowed a me to share the Gospel with a woman working in her field, reminding us again that the harvest truly is plentiful. As Jesus said in John 4:35, “. . . Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”
In addition to these outreaches, we were thankful to host a Marriage Seminar with 23 couples in attendance. It was a sweet time of teaching, encouragement, and strengthening homes according to Biblical principles. We are praying that the truths shared will continue to bear fruit in these marriages.
We are thankful for your faithful prayers and support. Please continue to pray for our Bible college as well. We started the new year with new students and are excited to see how God is already strengthening them for the ministry.
Your missionaries to Tanzania,
Jerry and Rachel Wyatt
